Abstract

Nowadays, chatbots are almost a reality in people’ everyday lives, which is becoming more and more popular as the time passes.  Chatbots’  experts  and  communities  work  continuously  to  add  value  to  these  tools  by  extending  their  features,  implement natural language characteristics and plug-ins and funnel them in many popular conversational social channels.


Abstract

Our  research  focuses  in  justifying  the  performance  of  different  types  of  social  media  posts extracted from real posts in fashion and cosmetics Facebook business pages after a live video was introduced as a new posting type. The data we used include posts of a different nature like video, photos, statuses, and links. User engagement metrics consist of comments, shares, and reactions.


Abstract

The aim of this paper is to describe an approach to a sophisticated model of optimised subsets of data classification. This effort refers to a seemingly parallel processing of two algorithms, in order to successfully classify features through optimization processing, using a wrapping method in order to decrease overfitting and maintain accuracy.
